The main challenge was the delivery and handling of the large gate system in Spinningfields, an urban district in the heart of the city, specifically designed to reduce road traffic and promote pedestrian movement. Specialist handling equipment was used to transport the gate from the Warrington depot to the installation location. All manoeuvres were carried out under controlled conditions, with full safety measures in place to protect the public and ensure compliance.
