BGS has launched a new service offering the rapid deployment and installation of Temp-Dor, a modular steel doorset designed to provide secure, temporary protection in the event of door damage, vandalism, or replacement delays.
Developed in partnership with our sister company Robust UK, Temp-Dor is suitable for commercial, industrial, and public sector premises. It’s available nationwide through BGS’s 24/7 emergency callout coverage.
In many emergency scenarios, such as break-ins or accidental impact, boarding up remains a common fallback. However, boarding is non-compliant where the affected door serves as a fire escape, introducing risks around safety, insurance, and operational continuity.
