Giving Back To The Community This Christmas
Christmas is only a few days away, and of course, everyone is getting into the Christmas Spirit. People are gathering the last bits and pieces for their Christmas Day, but there are those out there who are less fortunate, and Christmas can be an uncertain time. This is why at BGS, The Garage Door Company and Novoferm, we have decided to spread the Christmas cheer by helping our local community.
Our wonderful colleagues at BGS, The Garage Door Company and Novoferm have been busy assembling large food hampers, all packed with a variety of delicious treats. Each team was provided with one or two boxes, and, over the last month, they have been gathering all the items requested by our chosen charity – the Luton Foodbank.
Luton Foodbank is a local charity that is run to benefit those living in and around Luton, offering them emergency food. There are many that rely on foodbanks to survive, and Luton Foodbank are aiming to assist those in need by offering food and much-needed support. They provide food to those who need it most as well as directing people to local services that can further assist those experiencing hardship and distress.
We at BGS are happy and proud to be working with Novoferm and The Garage Door Company to help this local charity, providing Christmas cheer and food to those in need.
