The Challenge
One of the major challenges posed by this project was finding a way to work around the client’s busy schedule whilst ensuring that our high surveying standards were maintained. Our staff maintained an open line of communication with the client, making sure that the initial survey was completed smoothly and in a timely fashion. It was also essential for our experts to recommend and implement a solution promptly, as the problems caused by the existing traffic barriers had already resulted in severe disruption.
The Solution
After carrying out a thorough survey and identifying the main issues posed by the client’s traffic barriers, our team recommended having them removed and replaced with two smaller pairs of barriers that would be more suitable for the Scania site. These new barriers were installed quickly and effectively by our two specialists, who were later praised by the client for their professionalism and courtesy. The new barriers were tested thoroughly and demonstrated to the client.
