Job Brief
We were contacted by the client as they wanted to have a new motor fitted to their electric roller shutter safe drive. However, after our staff removed the motor canopy, they discovered that the bearing had collapsed, resulting in the shaft falling on the endplate. This caused the shaft to be slowly cut away by the endplate, significantly impacting its functionality. After a thorough inspection, it became clear that the system was irreparable and that a replacement door would be required.

After consulting with the client to select a new door, we promptly and safely arranged for the removal of the old unit. The Solution
